We take part in dispute resolution proceedings in conjunction with a consumer arbitration board. Pursuant to § 7 Para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible under general legislation for our own content on this website. However, in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that point to illegal activity.
Any requirements under general legislation to remove or block the use of such information remain unaffected by the above. Liability in this respect can only be only assumed once we have become aware of a specific infringement. Should any breaches of the law become known to us we will remove the relevant content without delay.
